How do I contact you about my free virtual bridle fitting?

Once you have tried the bridle on your horse, send us photos of the left side, right side and front on along with the sizes ordered to hello@henryjamessaddlery.co.uk and one of our bridle fitters will check the fit for free. 

What is your return policy?

Should you change your mind for any reason, we will refund any items returned to us in their original, saleable condition and not damaged within 28 days.

Does your bridlework come with a warranty?

We offer a one-year warranty on all our products, covering any manufacturing defects or issues. If you encounter a problem, please contact our team for assistance.

If I ordered a complete bridle can I exchange some parts for a different size?

Of course! Just download our returns form, send the items back and we'll exchange them free of charge.
