Whilst modest in design, this headpiece is not to be underestimated. It utilises the same padding and is cut back enough to provide plenty of space for your horses ears.

Thanks to the headpiece design there is no noseband strap sitting across the poll which can rub or cause pinching.

The throat lash strap has been strategically integrated into the headpiece to reduce the bulk in the sensitive TMJ area and allowing for the noseband and cheek piece buckles to lie flat against the horses skin.

I an highly recommend the Henry James products and team. I have a Connemara which was difficult to get a bridle for not just in size but also for looks. The Henry James totally sorted that for me after towing and throwing we settled on the full size Arc Classic headpiece, full size Noseband and Browband and cob size cheekpieces . She looks stunning and she is going really well in her new bridle and it must be comfortable. for her as she is always ready to put this bridle on. The leather is so soft and supple and really looks and feels top class. I’m so pleased I brought this bridle and we also have a Henry James bridle for our other horse.

Just what I wanted - I looked at a lot of head pieces for my Iberian horse and I am so pleased I chose this one. Really good quality, and importantly I believe my horse finds it comfortable. Like a previous reviewer I think the throat lash configuration is a brilliant idea. I shall be doing some more shopping from Henry James!

Arc Headpiece - lovely quality and fit

I bought this headpiece to replace one on another brand of bridle which had an anatomical headpiece (my horse hated it). This headpiece is very soft and still cut back enough to avoid the ears. He seems to love it.

The Arc headpiece is lovely! Quality is beautiful and it fits perfectly. Not too bulky, and plenty of room for ears. The throat lash arrangement is ingenious, and my pony seems much more comfortable. We love it!

Best reins for petite hands ever

I am a 5ft1 17yr old. I am currently riding dressage at Elementary level, working hard to establish a consistent contact with a tricky, very sensitive pony. These reins are a game changer for our partnership, my hands no longer ache, they never slip, even in a torrential downpour. They are 100% worth the money. Can't recommend highly enough.
