I ordered an XF bridle as that is what my old one was. It fitted perfectly except for the browband which Henry James replaced. They checked a photograph I sent them to confirm I needed a smaller size. Very impressed with the service and will certainly be using them again.
The browband that came with the Cavesson complete bridle was too big but Henry James changed it with no problem at all

Lovely soft reins and the grip is fantastic. Unfortunately can only give 4 star as they leave a lot of black on my grey horse.

Great tack cleaning sponges, a really good size that is easy to use
These are brilliant pads. A great shape and a more rigid material than most so they wash really well and don’t curl at the sides like most pads. They look great too.
