1. Ordering and Payment

2. Shipping and Delivery

Depending on the items and delivery address, parcels will either be sent with Royal Mail or DPD.

Estimated delivery dates are shown on the product page and at checkout. Once processed, orders are usually sent on a 24/48 hour service with either Royal Mail or DPD. If you require your order for a specific date, contact the team for assistance such as Saturday delivery or prior to 12:00pm next day delivery.

Yes, we ship locally with DPD. Orders are then fulfilled using a local country carrier to ensure efficient delivery.

3. Returns and Refunds

We hope that you are entirely happy with your purchase. However, should you change your mind for any reason, we will refund any items returned to us in their original, saleable condition and not damaged within 28 days, starting the day after the goods are delivered. Please inform us within 14 days of your decision to return the goods, starting the day after the goods are delivered. If items are received after 28 days, we reserve the right to issue a credit note instead of a refund.

We will endeavour to process returns as quickly as possible and within 7 working days of receipt however this is not guaranteed but will be no more than 14 days from receipt at exceptionally busy times.

4. Warranty

We offer a one-year warranty on all our products, covering any manufacturing defects or issues. If you encounter a problem, please contact our team for assistance.
