The grackle noseband has been designed to help prevent the horse from crossing their jaw and opening their mouth and features soft padding for maximum comfort.
(Nosebands are only compatible with headpieces that buckle either side)
I needed a new noseband after my horse stood on his and broke it (my fault!), really quick delivery and fabulous quality as always, I can’t recommend them enough.

Really good quality and fits perfectly, the custom browband was a lovely added bonus to the bridle
Excellent quality, the cob size fits our 13.3h new forest very well with room for adjustment, he was unfazed putting it on so must be very comfortable just like the rest of his bridle with no rings to rub near his cheek bones like some other grackles, only leather with padding that forms to his face.
He now feels like a Mercedes with the HJ logo embossed on the nose pad
We really like the Henry James bridle fitted for us at Colne saddlery and the ease to switch between nose bands as and when needed is fab.
Clearly quality leather well designed for a connies head.

I had bought previously from HJ and loved the quality of the leather. I treated myself to a new bridle because i loved them so much, a month later our tackroom was broken into and cleaned out. The team (Dan) went above and beyond to help me replace my stolen bridles, I can't thank him and the enough. The bridle arrived beautifully packaged alongside the stirrup leathers . I will be buying again once insurance is sorted and replacement saddles have arrived. I'm eyeing up the T bar dressage leathers

I ordered the wrong size but Henry James Saddlery sent me the exchange out the same day they received the returned Hunter browband. The browband is a good thickness and sits lovely on the bridle and my horses😀

I purchased this oil for my new Henry James bridle. You only need a small amount of the oil and smells amazing !
