Terms
- The promoter is Henry James Saddles Ltd, Unit 5D, NI Park, Newport, Telford, Shropshire TF10 9LH.
- Open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Employees of Henry James Saddles Ltd and their immediate families are not eligible.
- Entry is automatic with every order placed on henryjamessaddlery.co.uk, or in person on the Henry James stand (L34) at the Horse of the Year Show, between 20:00 on Sunday 4 October 2026 and 23:59 on Sunday 11 October 2026 (UK time). Orders that include a saddle are not eligible. There is no separate entry fee.
- One winning order is drawn at random each day from the previous day's qualifying orders, as shown in the draw dates above. Seven draws in total. Each order is entered once, in the draw for the day it was placed.
- The prize is a refund of the full amount paid for the winning order, including delivery, to the original payment method within 14 days of the draw. Orders that are cancelled or returned before the draw are not eligible. The prize has no cash alternative.
- Bridle balm: the first 5 qualifying online orders each day (by order time, from 00:00 to 23:59; from 20:00 on 4 October) and the first 5 orders on the Henry James stand at HOYS each day (Wednesday 7 to Sunday 11 October) receive one pot of Henry James bridle balm, added to the order or handed over on the stand. One pot per order, while stocks last.
- Refer a friend: each qualifying customer receives one personal referral code by email. A friend who uses the code on a UK online order over £50 between 20:00 on 4 October and 23:59 on 11 October 2026 receives free delivery. If a winning order used a referral code, the order of the customer who shared that code is also refunded in full, provided it was placed between 20:00 on 4 October and 23:59 on 11 October 2026 and hasn't been cancelled or returned. The friend must be a different person with a different delivery address. One code per customer; codes can't be combined with other discounts. A maximum of 14 orders will be refunded across the promotion.
- Winners are contacted by email (or by phone for stand orders without an email address) within 48 hours of their draw. If a winner doesn't respond within 7 days, a new winning order will be drawn from the same day's qualifying orders. With permission, winners' first names and county may be shared on our social media and emails.
- Your normal rights to cancel or return your order are not affected.
