Treated my horse to a new bridle (lucky Hugo ) I wasn’t sure on the fit contacted Ellie who was fabulous just sent some photos for the fit & she recommended changing the size of the nose band now fits perfectly, very pleased with how Hugo goes & looks very smart & comfortable.

The leather work is stunning. I bought these to go with the bridle I’d already purchased. So I can now change the noseband. The reins are supple and have a great feel. Can’t fault the products or the service.

I have been buying Henry James bridles since the company was very small. I have a few bridles now with some choices of reins, brow bands, nose bands and head pieces. The way they interchange and the fact that you can buy the individual pieces, is really helpful. The quality of the leather withstands considerable use and abuse and always cleans up nicely. The customer service is excellent too. Many thanks.

I had bought previously from HJ and loved the quality of the leather. I treated myself to a new bridle because i loved them so much, a month later our tackroom was broken into and cleaned out. The team (Dan) went above and beyond to help me replace my stolen bridles, I can't thank him and the enough. The bridle arrived beautifully packaged alongside the stirrup leathers . I will be buying again once insurance is sorted and replacement saddles have arrived. I'm eyeing up the T bar dressage leathers

I ordered the wrong size but Henry James Saddlery sent me the exchange out the same day they received the returned Hunter browband. The browband is a good thickness and sits lovely on the bridle and my horses😀
Always lovely reins. Ordered the wrong ones but kept them anyway as just as good.
