I had bought previously from HJ and loved the quality of the leather. I treated myself to a new bridle because i loved them so much, a month later our tackroom was broken into and cleaned out. The team (Dan) went above and beyond to help me replace my stolen bridles, I can't thank him and the enough. The bridle arrived beautifully packaged alongside the stirrup leathers . I will be buying again once insurance is sorted and replacement saddles have arrived. I'm eyeing up the T bar dressage leathers

I originally purchased a Hunter Bridle for my horse, but sadly he passed away before I ever had the chance to use it. When I recently bought a new horse, I discovered the bridle was too small. Despite the original purchase being several months old, the team were incredibly understanding and kindly agreed to exchange it for an Extra Full size.
The service didn’t stop there. Once the replacement arrived, they were more than happy to help me fine-tune the fit by exchanging individual parts to ensure the bridle fitted my new horse perfectly.
Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and every interaction was friendly, helpful and professional. It’s rare to find a company that genuinely goes above and beyond for its customers, but Henry James Saddlery certainly does.

I brought the Henry James leather headcollar for my pony (cob size). It's beautiful, the leather is soft and supple. Guiness looked a million dollars in it. Would highly recommend

I am a huge Henry James fan and have bridle, reins and stirrup leathers. Was very excited to get the breastplate martingale. However, for the money I wouldn’t expect to have a long flappy bit of leather because the girth strap was on its shortest hole. It was a shame as the rest fitted perfectly. I will be returning unfortunately
Lovely item as usual! I have to say Thank you to the staff for going over and above with documents requested by Australian Customs so I could actually get my Brand new never used on any horse noseband. 😉This is now a requirement for saddlery leather goods entering Australia. Thanks Again!
