Product development takes a long time. As a Henry James customer, we want you to help shape what's next so we can continue to make a great product.

All we ask is for a few minutes: what's good and what you'd change. Your feedback will help shape the final tweaks and changes before we officially launch the martingale.

The leather. How it feels in the hand, and how has it worn?

Stitching and finish. Edges, keepers, buckles, the little things.

Fit and sizing. Did the size you ordered sit right, first time?

Real use. Schooling, hacking, competing, wet days. How has it held up?

Price. For what you received, does the full RRP of £120 feel fair?
