Unfortunately we don’t currently offer free returns unless the product is deemed faulty or damaged. You will receive an email once your return/exchange has been processed.

We hope that you are completely happy with your purchase, however, should you change your mind for any reason, then we will refund or exchange any items returned to us in the original saleable condition within 28 days starting the day after the day on which the goods are delivered.

If you are concerned that an item you received may be faulty, please contact us immediately on +44(0)1952482009. We may require photos of the items so we can record any issues. Do not continue to use the item as you will be deemed to have accepted the goods in their damaged condition.
