Every Henry James bridle comes with a fit check from one of our qualified fitters. If a part isn't right, we'll swap it. If we still can't get it to fit, you get a full refund.

How it works

You have 14 days from delivery to check the fit with us.

1Send us three photosWhen your bridle arrives, fit it to the best of your knowledge and send photos from the left, the right and the front, using our virtual fitting page.
2We check every partA qualified bridle fitter tells you what to adjust. If a part is the wrong size, we swap it free of charge.
3Still not right? Full refundIf we can't get your bridle to fit, return it and we'll refund the full price you paid for it.

The details

What's covered: Complete bridles and build your own bridles bought from henryjamessaddlery.co.uk. It doesn't cover bridle parts bought on their own or any other products.
When: Send us your fit check photos within 14 days of delivery.
Condition: The bridle has been tried on for fitting only and not used. It must be clean, undamaged and returned with all its parts.
Size swaps: We swap any part that's the wrong size free of charge and pay to post the replacement to you. Posting the original part back to us is at your cost.
Refunds: If we can't get it to fit, return the bridle and we'll refund the full price you paid for it to your original payment method. Return postage is at your cost.
Your rights: This promise is in addition to your statutory rights, including your right to cancel an online order within 14 days. It doesn't replace them.
